HomeMy WebLinkAbout1163 '79 6~1 WHEREFORE, petitioner ask the Court to enter an order authorizer the sale of the roperty on the terms and conditions 9 P set forth in the attached contract for sale and purchase, that is to say, the sum of $25,110.00, cash, which represents the appraisal value less what petitioner would-have to pay as a real estate commission were the house sold through a realtor'with a 79G commission. Petitioner further asks that the order provide for payment of $95.00 to Stanton J. Brosilow for his appraisal services and that petitioner be authorized to expend the necessary funds for continuation of abstract, documentary stamps on deed and any other customary costs of a seller of real estate.
