This cause coming on before this Court upon the Petition of }
SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as Guardian of the property of HELEN

E. L'HOMMEDIEU, imcompetent, and the Court having determined that
it is in the best interest of the ward that certain assets be
sold in order to provide funds for the health and care of the
ward, and that the best interest of the ward would be served by
the sale of the property at a private sale for a cash purchase
price of $25,110.00 to Woody E. Johnson and Louise Marie Johnson, f
his wife, it therefore is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, as
Guardian of the property of HELEN E. L'HOMMEAIEU, incompetent,
is hereby authorized to sell the following described real property:
Lot 21, MELTON'S RIVERVIEW SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 43, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
to Woody E. Johnson and Louise Marie Johnson, his wife, for cash j
