THIS MORTGAGE, executed the 1 day of December , A. D., 19 7 9 , by
EDWARD M. LAPENTER and ELIZABETH E. LAPENTER,
his wife
hereinafter called the Mortgagor, which term shall include singular or plural, corporation or individual, and either sex, and shall
include the heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns of the Mortgagor, to
STUART NATIONAL BANK
a national banking association organized and existing under the laws, of the United States with its principal place of business in
Martin County, Florida, hereinafter called the Mortgagee, which term shall include the successors and assigns of the said Mortgagee.
WITNESSETH THAT, WHEREAS, the Mortgagor has received o ban from the Mortgages and is justly indebt~ed~to the

NOW THIS MORTGAGE WITNESSETH, that the said Mortgagor for the better securing of the several sums of 'money
mentioned in the said note does hereby grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said Mortgagee,
in fee simple forever, the folbwing described land, of which sold Mortgagor is now seised and possessed and in actual possession
situate, lying and being in S t . Lucie County, State.of Fbrida, and more particularly described os folbws:
