ASSOCIATION, INC. , anon-profit corporation of the State of Florida, which
has been assigned all the rights and reservations of LAKEWOOD PARK CORFOR a,
TION, LAKEWOOD PARK G~ONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, and LAKE INDRIO
CORPORATION, said Assignment oeing recorded In Official Record Book 18b,
Page 2035 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County,
Florida:
2, That there has been an Affidavit filed against certain lot, block and
unit numoers in Lakewood Park Subdivision, for nonpayment of maintenance
fees assessed, said Affidavit being recorded In Official Record Book 312
Page 283 ,Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. i

3. That the LAKEWOOD PARK PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. .
hereby release, satisfy and forever discharge the said Affidavit now on record
against the following property, since said arrearage has now been paid:
