COMES before me this ~ day of November, 1979 in County and State
Aforesaid CARL E. FLIPPEN, WHO after being duly sworn, deposes and says that he was
the scrivener and one of the Grantees in that certain Warranty Deed dated April 1,
1976 and filed of record April 8, 1976 in Official Record Book 250 Page 275 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and that the Subdivision name as con-
tained in said~Warranty Deed as "Dorian Subdivision",was a typographical error and
should have read and by this Affidavit is being changed to read DOIRAN SUBDIVISION.
FURTHER the Affiant sayeth naught.
