Schoepfer, R.L.S., dated May 10, 1978,; turn thence and run North 0° along said Range Line 24.90 feet to a point on the exterior surface of fence to the Point of Beginning; continue thence North through center line of fence and party wall a distance of 50 feet more or less to a point on exterior surface of wall; turn thence and run East 33 feet more or less along exterior surface of wall to a point; turn thence and run South a distance of 17 feet more or less along exterior surface of wall to the centerline of party wall; turn thence and run West 16.33 feet more or less i along centerline of party wall to the center line of the North/South party wall; turn thence and run South 33 feet more or less along center line of party wall to a point; thence turn and run West 16.66 feet more or less along exterior surface_of fence to the Point of Beginning.
