FINAL JUDGMENT f
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 6th day of December, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: That this Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject natter of this suit; that the relationship {
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the-
- marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved: It
is, thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDDIE
WHITFIELD and ANNIE WHITFIELD be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each-of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
2. ALIMONY. The Husband shall pay to the Wife as rehabili-
tative alimony the sum of $75.00-per month commencing on .the 2nd
day o-f January, 1980, and on the 2nd day of each month thereafter
for a period of six (6) months. Each payment shall be made to
the Clerk of this Court and by him remitted promptly to the Wife.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
casts to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments
shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised
of their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
Order is in effect.
