This cause, having come on to be heard, o n the Plaintiff's
Complaint to Determine Paternity of the Minor Child, and the Court
having heard the testimony and stipulation of the Defendant, and
'I being duly .advised in tie premises, it is hereby
I ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, CHARLES WAYNE
ATKINS is the father of the minor child, TRAMECIA ATKINS, it is
further

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Father's Petition for custody
is hereby considered under the case of Brown v. Bray, 300 So 2d, 668.
and custody of the child, TRAMECIA ATKINS, is hereby awarded jointly
to the mother, EDITH MC CLAIt1, and the father, CHARLES WAYNE ATKINS,
on an equal basis, sub3ect horever, that the child's living arrang-
ments shall remain the same as at the present time, and the schooling
of the child shall not be interrupted, but that the father's
equal time shall be taken during weekends, summers, and after school
hours; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the father, CHARLES WAYNE ATKINS,
