Personally before me appeared CLIFTON LLOYD, JR., who under oath
stated that:
1. He is over the age of twenty-one (21) years;
2. He and his wife, MARIE LLOYD, were Grantees in that !
Quit-Claim Deed from J. VERNON LLOYD, an single adult, and W. H.
CAMPBELL, a married adult, dated June 26, 1978, and recorded
October 11, 1978, in Official Records Book 295, Pages 2487 and ~
2488, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
3. The property conveyed in said Quit-Claim Deed was
the South 2.6 feet of the North 180 feet of the East 2 acres
of Lot 107, GARDEN CITY FARMS SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat
Book 2, Page 5, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
4. He is the I'~'~i'~~'2- of the said J. V$RNON LLOYD
and has been personally acquainted with him for L ~ years;
5. He has been personally acquainted with the said
W. H. CAMPBELL for a period ofl Lyears;
6. He has had personal knowledge of the utilization of
the property conveyed in the said Quit-Claim Deed and that

property located contiguous thereto for a period of U years;
7. The property conveyed in said Quit-Claim Deed has not
constituted nor has it been contiguous to property constituting
the Homestead of W. H. CAMPBELL and/or his spouse during the
B period of his familiarity with it.
