I, FRED (}EORQE JAHIJ, residing at 25 Prospect Avenue,
Woodcliff bake, New Jersey, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and
declare this instrument as and to be my Last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking any and all other will or wills •
heretofore made by me .
FIRST: I direct that the cost and expense ~ '
of the administration of my estate, all my debts, and the cost
a and expense of my last illness and of my funeral and burial be
first paid. I direct that all inheritance, transfer, succession,

estate and other such taxes or assessments levied against my
~ estate, or its inheritance by or transfer to any beneficiary,
v~~„ shall be paid out of my general estate and not be charged
against any particular beneficiary.
~ SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of

my property, whether real, personal or mixed, wheresoever

situate and of whatsoever the same may consist, whereof I may

~ die seized or possessed, to my beloved wife, ALBERTA MARY

JAHN, to have and to hold to her own use forever.

THIRD: I hereby nominate, constitute and

appoint my wife, ALBERTA MARY JAHN, executrix of this, my Last
Will and Testament, giving unto her full power and authority
to mortgage, rent, lease, sell and convey any and all the real
estate of which I may die seized or possessed, and to give
good and sufficient deeds of conveyance therefor.
r FOURTH: In the event that my wife, ALBERTA

~ MARY JAHN, shall predecease me or die within sixty days after
my death, or upon my own death if I shall survive her, or
should we die at the same time or as a result of the same y

accident or disaster or during a point last illness or under r
circumstances that are such that the order of our deaths cannot
be ascertained with reasonable certainty then, and in any
