of such events, I give, devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, whether real, personal

SEVENTH: In the event that any one or more
of my sons have not arrived at the age of twenty-one years at

they would have taken under this, my will, be held by my son,

of my minor son or sons, giving unto my trustee full power and j
authority to use the income and so much of the principal thereof
as he may deem necessary for the education, maintenance, benefit, j
care and support of my minor son or sons until he or the shall

arrive at the age of twenty-one years, at which time I order and
