Identification and Revocation: I, STUART F.GORDON, of
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, hereby revoke all forme

wills and codicils by me made and declare this to be my Last Will. ~

Burial Instructions: It .is my desire that my body be
buried in a Christian like manner befitting my circumstances in ~
life.

Payment of Debts: I desire that all of my just debts 4
be paid by the personal representative of my estate as soon after
my death as is practical. ~

Simultaneous Death: If my wife, FLORENCE H. CORDON,
and I should die under circumstances that there is a question
which of us died first; my wife shall be deemed to have survived me.

Joint Property: All property, real or personal,
tangible or intangible, which I shall own at the time of my death
jointly, or otherwise in the name of myself and any other person,
which shall inure thereon to that person, shall upon my death
become their sole property should they survive me. It is my under
standing that all right, title and interest in such property will
pass by operation of law to such person upon my death.Nevertheless
I hereby eliminate any doubt and declare my intent as to the right
of such person to succeed to full and immediate ownership and
possession.
