I~chigan, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my

Last Will and Testament, in the following manner:

I.
I hereby cancel and revoke all wills and codicils to wills by
me at any time heretofore made.
I I. •
I direct that my just debts, funeral and burial expenses, and

the expenses of administering my estate be paid.

I give, devise and bequeath to my son, RICHARD ALLEN FAPPAS,
the sum of ONE (~1.00~ DOLLAR, being mindful of the benefits
heretofore conferred upon him by me.
I V.
I give, devise and bequeath alI of the rest, residue and remainder
of my property, real, mixed or personal, and wherever situated, to
ALEXANDER KEARNEY, not individually, but to be held in trust for

the use and benefit, in equal shares, of my children
j` STEVEN FAPPAS,'

R~ GEORGE A. FAPPAS and VICKIE HELEN FAPPAS; provided, however,
I; that if any of said children shall predecease me, such trust shall be
for the sole benefit of the survivors thereof.
i` Upon each of my said children attaining the age of twenty-one (21)

years, said Trustee shall assign, transfer and set over to such child

his full share of said trust, and said trust as to such child shall
