Tsismanakas, his wife, by Warranty Deed dated November
23, 1976, recorded November 24, 1976, in O.R. Book
260, at page 1169, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

COUNTY OF ST. LUCIE
BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority, personally appeared
RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., who being first duly sworn did depose
and say:
1. That he is familiar with George W. Tsismanakas and
Donna J. Tsismanakas, his wife.
2. That affiant prepared the Deed from Vincent J. Lino
and Pasqualina Lino, his wife, to George W. Tsismanakas and
Donna J. Tsismanakas, his wife, dated November 23, 1976, and
recorded November 24, 1976, in O.R. Book 260, at page 1169, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~vhich Deed
conveyed the following described real property:
Lot 14, Block 48, RIVER PARK, UNIT FIVE (5)
according to the Plat thereof on file as
f recorded in Plat Book 11,-page 31, of the
~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida
3. That on said Warranty Deed, through a typographical
error, the name of George W. Tsismanakas was misspelled as
George W. Tsismanakas.
4. That George W. Tsismanakas, and George W: Tsismanakas,
are one and the same person.
