KNOW ALL ~lEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the certain agreement
between Cooper Groves and Allapattah Operating Company, a Florida
Corporation, dated May 10, 1978, recorded at OR Book 298, page 2953,
of the Public Records of Saint Lucie County, Florida, relating to
the following described real property situate in Saint Lucie County,
Florida:
The North ~ of the East ~ of the South ~ of the Northeast ~
of § 5, Township 37 South, Range 38 East, in containing 20.9
acres more or less.
and
The Southwest ~ of the Northeast ~ of § 5, Township 37
South, Range 38 East, in containing 41.73 acres more or
less.
At she request of the mortgagor and in consideration of
$10.00 and other good and valuable considerations, inuring to the
undersigned, the undersigned being the potential lienor under the
said agreement does hereby subordinate any lien arising by operation
and effect of those certain mortgages and indebtedness secured
thereby executed by Talbert Cooper, Jr. and Margarette B. Cooper to
the Federal Land Bank of Columbia, under the date of November 15,
1979, recorded at OR Boo page ~~Q~, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, F orida, an~c -~R
Book page pa ,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,. Florida, securing the sum
of $40,000.00 and S68,000.00 respectively, together with all additional
and future advances made thereunder, and encumbering the above-described
real property; and the undersigned hereby subordinates its liens to
said mortgages of the Federal Land Bank of Columbia as if the said
mortgages had been signed and recorded prior to and in advance of the
agreement entered into between Cooper Groves and the undersigned. -
