restrictions, limitations, reservations, easements and other matters of record; 3,)

Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of Ocean
Village Property A,mers' Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, the
provisions of which documents run with the land, the Grantee (s) asst,unes the obli-
i gations of a member of said Property Owners' Association.
The Grantor herein covenants and avers that the lands conveyed hereby,
is not nox, nor has it ever been Grantor's homestead, and that it is not '
subject to Florida Homestead laWS.
