LUCIE $A;::: Putt St. Lucie, Fla. 31!62 Together with all structures and improvements now and hereafter on said land, and fixtures attached thereto, and all rents, issues, proceeds, and profits accruing and to accrue from said premises, all of which are included within the foregoing description and the habendum thereof; also all gas, steam, eleMric, water and other heating, cooking, refrigerating, lighting, plumbing, venti- lating, irrigating, and power systems, machines, appliances, fixtures, and appurtenances, which now are or may hereafter per- fain to, or be used with, in, or on said premises, even though they be detached or detachable. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the tenements, herediatments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and reversions, remainder or remainders, rents, issues and profits there- of, and also all the estate, right, title, interest, homestead, dower and right of dower, separate estate, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in equity, of the said Mortgagors in and to the same, and every part thereof, with the appurtenances of the said Mortgagors in and to the same, and every part and parcel thereof unto the said Mortgagee in fee simple. And the Mortgagors hereby covenant with the Mortgagee, that they are indefeasibly seized of said land in fee simple; that they have full power and lawful right to convey the same in fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for the Mortgagee, at all times peaceably and quietly to enter upon, hold, occupy and en`oy said land, and every part thereof; that the land is and will remain tree from all encumbrances; that said Mortgagors will make such further assurances to prove the fee simple title to said land in said Mortgagee as may be reasonably required, and that said Mortgagors do hereby fully warrant the title to said land, and every part thereof, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
