THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this 19th~day of December,
1979, upon the Motion to Withdraw Funds from Registry of Court
filed on behalf of the Defendants, RICHARD T. REIST and
AUDREY B. REIST,-his wife, as to Parcel No. 136, and said sum
having been deposited in the Registry_of this Court on the 27th
day of November, 1979, and the Court being fully advised in
' the premises, it is upon consideration,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of this Court forthwith
pay to the Defendants, RICHARD T. REIST and AUDREY B. REIST, his

wife, the following total sum of money from said moneys deposited
~ into the Registry of this Court, pursuant to the Order of Taking
herein, on the 27th day of November, 1979, to-wit:
