ORDER OF CONTEMPT
THIS CAUSE was heard upon Notice of Contempt Hearing and Motion
filed by the Plaintiffs, to hold Defendant ALBERT L. DANGLER in Contempt,
and for sanctions, and the Court having heard the argument of counsel of
the respective parties, and being fully advised in the premises, it is,
therefor,
ADJUDGED that.the Defendant, ALBERT L. DANGLER, is guilty of
contempt of this Court for failure to produce on November 26, 1979,
the date set for the jury trial of this cause, his current net worth
statement as re uired to be roduced b an order of this court dated

{ October 17, 1979; and for his failure to inform the Court and
~ Plaintiffs' counsel at calendar call on November 26, 1979, that he
i
had no current net worth statement.

That the current net worth statement was a material and necessary
part of the Plaintiffs' case and that Defendant's failure to produce
said document when ordered to do so resulted in the continuance of
a jury trial on the date the cause was to be tried.
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, that the Defendant, ALBERT L. DANGLER,
shall pay to Plaintiffs' counsel, RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., the sum of
$500.00 reasonable attorney's fees within ten days of the date of
