SUBJECT, however, to taxes for the year 1979 and subse-
quent years; to the zoning laws and regulations of St. Lucie County,
Florida; to restrictions, reservations, easements and rights of way
of record; and to existing fruit participation agreements.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same in fee simple forever, together
with all of the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining, subject only to the matters
aforesaid.
