administer oaths, personally appeared CAROLYN LIPHAM, a/k/a

CAROLYN A. LIPHAM, known to me, and o, after being duly
sworn according to law, did upon oath say:
1. That she and her husband FRED .K. LIPHAM are the owners
of record of property legally described as:
LOT 1, Block 507, Port St. Lucie, Section Ten
a subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 12, Page 49 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
