PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the 26th day of November
1979, between JULIA E. ROGERS, Personal Representative of the
Estate of NINA EVA LOGAN,~deceased, party of the first part; and ~
THOMAS E. PIERCE, whose mailing address is p. o. Box 3263
Fort Pierce, Florida 33450; party of the second part;
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to
the power of sale contained in the Last Will and Testament of the

decedent and in consideration of the sum of $10.00 and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,.
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of
the second part, his heirs and assigns forever, the real property
in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lot 6 and the North 112 of Lot 7. ELKO SUBDIVISION,
as recorded in Plat Book 8, at page 39, of the E
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
SUBJECT TO restrictions, reservations, easements
and covenants of record.

I TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
~ and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that

~ real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the party of the second
part, his heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
the party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, that in all
~ things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance
the laws of the State of Florida have been followed and complied
with in all respects.
