This cause coming on for hearing upon the application of _
the Plaintiff and the Court finding from an inspection of the
record and the proofs submitted that a Default Judgment has been
duly and regularly entered herein against the Defendants, Earl Richardson
and Joan Richardson and that said Defendants, Earl Richardson and Joan
Richardson are not now and have not been since the institution of this
cause in the military service of the United States of America, and that
the plaintiff is entitled to the entry of a Final Judgment of Foreclosure '
Herein, and the Court fully being advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter
hereof and of the parties hereto.
f 2. That the equities of this cause are with the plaintiff,
i and the plaintiff is entitled to the relief prayed for in its
Complaint.
3. There is due the plaintiff on account of the note and
mortgage sought to be foreclosed in this action, the following
