WATERS, Husband, and KATHLEEN E. WATERS, Wife. FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon i ORDEFED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. The marriage between KATHLEEN E. WATERS and STEPHEN L. WATERS be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and ' each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony i hereto existing between them and the obligations arising therefrom. 2. Custody of MICHELE GRACE WATERS and DIANA LYNN WATERS is hereby awarded to STEPHEN L. WATERS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to KATHLEEN E. WATERS. 3. The real property described in the Complaint is real property situated and located in St. Lucie County, Florida, j more particularly described as: RIVER PARK, UNIT S, Block 47, Lot 7, j according to a plat thereof filed in ~ Plat Book 11, Page 31, Public Recor3s of St. Lucie County, Florida. be and the same is hereby awarded to the Husband, STEPHEN L. WATERS, for the maintenance, care and support of the minor children of the parties, and full possession and ownership of said property is restored to him to the exclusion of KATHLEEN E.
