FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 6th day of December, ,

1979 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence including a Stipulation entered into by the parties,
,finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the

parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
i
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that

;the marriage is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. ~

It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

I 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between BOBBY
~~HOLLAND and LINDA HOLLAND be and the same is hereby forever
'dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever

,if reed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between

them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of BOBBY HOLLAND,III born September
~ ~~12,1973 and BETTY LOU HOLLAND born February 20,1971, minor
~ (children of the
~ ~ parties, is hereby awarded to the Husband,
~ ,i
~ ~~BOBBY HOLLAND, with reasonable visitation rights reserves to
:the Wife, LINDA HOLLAND.

f 3. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby

:;enjoined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or
~~annoying the other.
I 4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this ca~~se, and the
