COUNTERPETITION AND WIFE'S WAIVER OF
NOTICE OF FINAL HEARING
The Parties through their undersigned Counsel, hereby enter
this, their Joint Stipulation of Voluntary Dismissal of the Wife's
Counterpetition for Dissolution of Marriage and other relief, on
the ground that the issues in controveYSy therein contained have
been settled without formal written Agreement, and the Parties
agree that the matter should proceed on an uncontested basis to

Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage solely on the basis of
~ the Husband's Petition for Dissolution which is currently pending
before this Court, with each Party bearing their respective costs
s
and attorney's fees. The Wife hereby admits all allegations con-

~ tained in the Husband's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and
the Wife hereby waives notice of Final H~;a.ring in this cause.
