This cause came on for trial the 20th day of December . 19 79
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
i wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the al~o~~e
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony

heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of SHARI L. HAGAN, age 1, born
November 15, 1978,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to JANET E. HAGAN.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
3 hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be

4. PROPERTY: Petitioner and Respondent agree there is no real

or personal property to be divided.
