This cause came on for trial the 20th day of December . 19 79 and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and i wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the al~o~~e named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony v heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of SHARI L. HAGAN, age 1, born November 15, 1978, minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to JANET E. HAGAN. 3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties 3 hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be I E ~ proper. 4.
