KNISPEL, DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE Wife. ) This cause came on for trial the 20th day of December, 19 79 , and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon URDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for- . ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JOHNATHON A. KNISPEL, age 2, born ~ October 16, 1976, - ~ minor (child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent, JOYCE A. KNISPEL with reasonable visitation rights reserved to petitioner, DAN L. KNISPEL. ~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 28ttday of December 19 79 , Petitioner, DAN L. KNISPEL, shall pay to Respondent, JOYCE A. KNISPEL, E the sum of S 20.00 ,Per week ,for the support of the child(ren) named above. 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. 5.
