This cause came on for trial the 20th day of December 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines.: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: T1~e marriage between the a!:o~e
~ named ersons be and the same is hereb dissolved and the parties

~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of CHRISTINA DAWN NICHOLS, age 3, born
June 4, 1976,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to petitioner,
KAREN ANN NICHOLS with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
~ proper.
4. The above named parties both aoree that there is no personal or r<•al
i property to be divided.
