8. That there is no person in the State of Florida
upon wham service of process would bind the Respondent.
9. The petitioner affirms that the foregoing is
made for the purpose of securing service by publication of
process.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays:
a. That the Court take jurisdiction of this cause
and grant a dissolution of the marriage to Respondent.
b. Such other and further relief as the Court
may deem proper.
