wise plead, and the Court otherwise having jurisdiction over the
subiect matter, and the parties. having heard the testimony of

ing fully advised, finds and decrees as follows:
1. That the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
~ broken and the marriage between the parties is hereby dissolved.

3. The care, custody and control of the minor child of the
parties, CHRISTOPHER ROL'TSIOUKOS, born an June 17, 1967 is granted
to Petitioner, :ife, subject to the Respondents reasonable rights
of visitation to be exercised at such times and under such circ~.am-
