This Cause came on for trial the 20th day of Dece~rber, 1979
and' the Court having given ftal.l consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has Jurisdiction of the Parties and
Subject Matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife
now exist between the Parties; and that the Aarriage between the
Parties is Irretrievably Broken and should be Dissolved.
IT TS THEREt~ON
ORDEF~D AID ADJUDGBD as follows:
I. DISSOZUTIOPd OF MARRIAGE. The 2~'arriage between HENRY CAUSEY~
~ and FIARINE CAUSEY, be and the same is hereby Dissolved, and the

f Parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the Bonds of
~iatrimor~y heretofore existing between them and from the Obligations
arising therefrom.
2. PRUPEATY. IT IS FURTIiER ORDERED, that then is no Property,
eitY~er Real or Personal, owned by the Parties to this suit ~to be
divided by a Decree of this Court.

3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Bach of the Parties is hereby enoined

and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
~ 4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this Cause and the Parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may be
