IT TS THEREt~ON ORDEF~D AID ADJUDGBD as follows: I. DISSOZUTIOPd OF MARRIAGE. The 2~'arriage between HENRY CAUSEY~ ~ and FIARINE CAUSEY, be and the same is hereby Dissolved, and the II f Parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the Bonds of ~iatrimor~y heretofore existing between them and from the Obligations arising therefrom. 2. PRUPEATY. IT IS FURTIiER ORDERED, that then is no Property, eitY~er Real or Personal, owned by the Parties to this suit ~to be divided by a Decree of this Court. { _ 3. RESTRAINING ORDER. Bach of the Parties is hereby enoined i and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other. ~ 4. JURISDICTION.
