DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial the 20thday of December, - 1979 ,and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon URDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for- ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ~I obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of CANDICE MARIE WILSON, age 2, born July 9, l I j 1977, minor (child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to PAMELA D. WILSON t with reasonable visitation rights reserved to RICHARD E. WILSON. I 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 2$ttday of December 19 79 , shall a to PAA'IELA D. WILSON RICHARD E. WILSON P Y the sum of ~ 30.00 ,per week ,for the support of the child(ren) named ~ above. 4. JURISDICTION.
