DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

This cause came on for trial the 20th day of December 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the pa~'ties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the a::o~e
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
~ and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.

2. CUSTODY: Custody of JOE HENRY BABCOCK, age S, born
September 24,1974,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to DOROTHY E. BABCOCK.
JOHN R-. BABCOCK is awarded reasonable visitation rights including the
entire month of July of each year.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
