and the Court Having given full consideration to all. of the evide~ice, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction of tl~e parties and subject matter of ti~is
suit; that tl~e relation of llusband and Wife now exists between tine parties; aid
that the marriage between tl~e parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAIv'ICE A. WHITE, Wife, and
ALr1N RALPII WHITE, Husband, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and

~ each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existinK
between them and from the obligations arising; therefrom.
'L. PROPERTY. It is hereby ordered that JANICE A. WHITE, Wife, be awarded
exclusive ownersi~ip and possession of the 25 inch color Television of the parties.
3. INDEBTEDNESS. It is hereby ordered that ALAN RALPH WHITE, Husband, hold
JANICE A. W11ITE, Wife, harmless on tl~e $1380.00 joint debt of the parties.
4. JUKISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for tl~e entry of such further orders as may be proper.
