DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This Cause came on for trial the day of ~ ,19~,
and the Court leaving given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and

suit; that tl~e relation of husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that
tale marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between SHARON McENTEE, Wife, and

JOAN PicENTEE, Husband, be and the same is Hereby dissolved, and the parties and e c
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. Sl1ARON McENTEE, Wife, be and she is hereby authorized to
assume leer former name of SHARON VANDERPOOL, and to use the name in all aspects as if
said marriage had not intervened.
3. PROPERTY. It is hereby ordered that Husband sign over iris 1/2 interest in the
real property known as and located at Rte. 3, Box 513N, Orange Avenue Extent ion, Fort
Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, to Wife. It is further ordered that Wife be awarded
exclusive possession and ownership of the 1975 Monte Carlo automobile and that Husband
sign over to Wife leis 1/2 interest in said automobile. It is ordered that Wife be awarded
all of the l~otlsellold goods in t}le property kniwn as and located at Rte. 3, Boz 513N,
Orange Avenue Extention, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida. It is further ordered
that husband be awarded the property known as and located at 124 Alma Court, Fort Pierce,
St. Lucie County, Florida and that Wife sign over to Husband Ilex 1/2 interest in said
property.
4. INDEBTEDNESS. 1t is hereby ordered that husband hold Wife harmless on the
