FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date and the Court having
given full consideration to all evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter
of this suit; that the relationship of hus~and avid wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JOSEPH
INDIVERI, JR., and MICHELLE MINNARD INDIVERI shall be and the same
is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY. The separation and property settlement agreement
entered. into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and
the pa-rties are ordered to comply with the previsions thereof.
3. RESTORATION OF MAIDEN NAME. The wife, MICHELLE MINNARD
INDIVERI is hereby restored to her maiden name, MICHELLE MINNARD.
4. ATTORNEY'S FEES AND COSTS. Pursuant to the separation and
property settlement agreement, the wife is awarded reasonable
attorney's fees and costs in the amount of $239.00.
5. JURSIDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties
