DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

and the Court raving given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court leas _jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that tt~e relation of husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HOWARD S. LAWRENCE, Husband,
ii and HELEN DESOTO LAWRENCE, Wife, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties

and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore -
existing between them and from tt~e obligations arising therefrom.

3. RESTORATION OF NAME. HELEN DESOTO LAWRENCE be and stye is hereby a«thorized
to assume her former name of HELEN DESOTO, and to use tl~e same in all respects as
if said marriage lead not intervened.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and tl~e parties hereto is retained
} for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
