This cause came on for trial the 20th day of December, 19 79, and the
Court having given full consideration to alI the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons
oe and the same is Hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are nereoy for-
ever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of LANG M. McBRIDE, age 10, born July 30, 1969;
II and LANCE C. McBRIDE, age 7, born February 4, 1972,
~I minor (child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded. to Respondent, PEGGY J. McBRIDE
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Petitioner, LANDEL M. McBRIDE
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the28thday of December 19 79,
Petitioner, LANDEL M. McBRIDE, shall pay to Respondent, PEGGY M. McBRIDE
the sum of 5200.00 per month military allotment for the support of the
children named above.
4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
5. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided.
