This cause came on for trial the 20th day of December,
1979, and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and
each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony here-
tofore existing between them and from the obligations. arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY: Custody of THOMAS PATRICK BUNTIN, age 6, born
October S, 1963, minor child of the parties, is hereby awarded to
f JUDITH CATHERINE BUNTIN with reasonable visitation rights reserved
to JAMES KIRBY BUNTIN.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 28th day of December, 1979,
JAMES KIRBY BUNTIN shall pay to JUDITH CATHERINE BUNTIN the sum of

$100.00 per month military allotment for the support of the chi d
named above.
4. RESTORATION OF NAME: JUDITH CATHERINE BUNTIN be and she
is hereby authorized to assume her former name of JUDITH CATHERINE

LJESTER and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had

not intervened.
S. PROPERTY: The above named parties both agree that there '
is no real or personal property'~to be divided.
