TRUSTEES' DEED

THIS INDENTURE made and executed this 27th day of ~~u
November , 1979, by JEROME BLANK, ROSE KRAMER and MARION
FREHLING, as Trustees, under the provisions of a certain trust
agreement dated the 27th day of December, 1977, known as Trust
Number NB-1, hereinafter referred to as "Grantors," to CHARLES G. -
NELSON, CHARLES S. NELSON and TIMOTHY A. NELSON, individually and d/b/a

Lauderdale, Florida 33312 ~

W I N E S S E T H: -

. ~ That the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable considera-

~ tions, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, by these presents

do grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and
confirm unto the Grantee all that certain land situate in St.
Lucie County, Florida, particularly described on Exhibit "A"
attached hereto and by this reference expressly Made a part
hereof .
Subject to conditions, restrictions, reservations,
limitations, and easements of record, without intending to
reimpose same, to applicable zoning regulations and to taxes
for the current year and subsequent years.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said Grantee,
~ its successors and assigns forever.

AND the Grantors hereby-covenant with said Grantee
that, as such Trustees as aforesaid, they are lawfully seized

~ of said land in fee simple; that they have good right, full
power and lawful authority to sell and convey said land; that
