PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED

WILLIAM P. OUTLAW, Personal Representative of the Estate of PARRILLE
KEITT, Deceased, party of the first part; and THOMAS LOMAN and EMMA
A. LOMAN, his wife, whose mailing address is 1116 Avenue E, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450, parties of the second part; r'
WITNESSETH, that said party of the first part, pursuant to a Court
Order dated August 2, 1979, authorizing the said Perssonal Representa-
tive of this Estate to sell the hereinafter described real property, grants,
bargains, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the parties
of the second part, their heirs and assign forever, the real property
in St. Lucie County, Florida described as:
The South 150 feet of Lot 5, of F. E. Englar's Plat of the
North 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of the
Southeast 1/4 of Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 40
East, as per Plat thereof on File in Plat Book 4, Page 51, as •

Together will all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and appur-
li tenants .belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second part,

AND the party of the first part does convenent to and with the
parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all things
preliminary to-and in about the transfer and this conveyance the Orders

9 of Court and laws of the State of Florida have been followed and com-
plied with in all respects.
