IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that ROEERT TRACY NOELE
has willfully failed and refused to pay the child support/alimony as required by the Final
Judgment/~~ of this Court entered on the 3rd day of January , 19 74 , and
is, as of this date December 14th, 1979 in arrears $ 1,108.00 including Court
Costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this Court
but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $ 1,108.00 arrearage

at the rate of $ Z,S per snesit/month each and every a~dc/month
co®encing yecember i9, i979. These payments to be in addition to the regular $6U•OU
per a~aak/month- support payments provided for above, making a total payment of
$85.00 per x~!{c/month, plus the Statutory Clerk's fee of $2.00. Payments to be
made in cash, cashier's check or money order. If Respondent ROEERT TRACY NOELS
i does not purge himself of this contempt as provided above, he shall be required, upon written

affidavit of the Petitioner, to serve thirty ( 30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail.
FURTHER ORDERID _that Respondent/Father be eranted visitation everv other weekend
with the Petitioner/Mother delivering the child to the Respondent's home Saturdays for a
period from 8:00 A. M, to 5:00 P. M, and Sundays from 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. commencing .
Saturday, December 15, 1979.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of
such further orders as may be proper.
