O R D E R
IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that JACK ANDERSON has
failed to pay the child support as required by the Order of this Court entered
May 29, 1979, and is, as of this date December 14, 1979, in arrears $173.00, including
Court costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
-Court but may purge himself of this contempt by hereafter paying the $173.00 as
outlined herein. Commencing December 21, 1979, pay Regular Child Support of $40.00

and $40.00 on the arrears. Commencing December 28, 1979 make payments of $20.00 .
on arrears and $40.00 Regular Child Support each and every week until the arrears
are paid in full. These payments to include an additional $2.00 Statutory Clerk's
fee and are to be made to the Clerk of the Court in cash, cashier's check or money

order. If Respondent JACK ANDERSON does not purge himself of his contempt as pro-

vided for above, he shall be required, upon written affidavit of the Petitioner, to
Ij show cause why he.should not be incarcerated in the St. Lucie County Jail for sixty
(60) days.
E JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
j of such further orders as may be proper.
