O R D E R
IT APPEARING from the evidence before the Court that JOHNNY FRANKLIN
DOUGLAS has failed to pay the child supQort as required by the Final Judgment of
this Court entered on the 25th day of October, 1979, and is, as of this date
December. i4, iy79, in arrears 52o.'s.uu, inciuciing Gourt costs, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for such failure he stands in contempt of this
Court but may purge himself of this contempt by paying the arrears of $263.00 on
or before January 14, 1979. In addition, regular weekly payments are to be made
each and every week in the sum of $50.00, plus $2.00 Statutory Clerk's fee to the
Clerk of the Court in cash, cashier's check or money order. If Respondent JOHNNY
FRANKLIN DOUGLAS does not purge himself of his contempt as provided for above, he
shall be required, upon written affidavit of the Petitioner, to show cause why he
should not be incarcerated in the St. Lucie County Jail for sixty (60) days.
JURISBTCTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the entry
of such further orders as may be proper. ~
