This cause came on for trial the 4th day of December, 1979,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and
subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife
nova exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the
nartiP~ is irr~l-riPVahly hrok~n and Should bP dissolved_ It is

thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRAIGE: The marriage between the above
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising
therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of JOHNNY R. ELLIOTT, JR., born
September i3, 1976, and AARON W. ELLIOTT, born March 15, 1979, minor
children of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent, JOHNNY R.
ELLIOTT, SR.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as
may be proper.
4. PROPERTY: The above named parties both agree that there
is no personal or real property to be divided.
S. The Stipulation signed by both Husband and Wife on
November S, 1979, shall be deemed part of this Final Judgment binding
on both Husband and Wife and enforceable by this Court.
