the Plaintiff is additionally entitled to recover interest at the
statutory rate of 8% per annum from the date hereof to the date
of sale..
6. That by virtue of the mortgage described in the Complaint,
the Plaintiff has a valid first lien upon the said mortgaged
property situated, lying and being in the County of St. Lucie,
the State of Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Lot 149, of SHERATON PLAZA, UNIT THREE REPEAT, -
According to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 16, Page 12, of the Public Records -
of St. Lucie County, Florida.
7. If the total sum with interest at the rate prescribed by
law and all costs of this action accruing subsequent to this judgment
are not paid within three days from this date, the Clerk of this
Court shall sell the property Public Sale to the highest bidder for
cash, free, clear and discharged of and from any and all claims,- liens,
encumbrances, rights and equity in interest of the said Defendants,
AARON SNIPES and TOMMIE LOU SNIPES, his wife, ~,ahich ls`ale- shall be held
by the Clerk of this Court on the /G day of ,

8. Plaintiff shall advance all subsequent costs of this action
~ and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk if the Plaintiff
~ is not the purchaser of the property at the sale. If the Plaintiff
is the urchaser the Clerk shall credit the Plaintiff's bid with

this judgment or such part of it as is necessary to pay the bid
in full.
1 9. The mortgage lien of the Plaintiff herein, is hereby found
to be superior and prior to any claims, liens or encumbrances against

M UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, that in the event the above-described
real property is sold at Public Sale as specified above, it shall
~ be sold free and clear of any claim, lien or encumbrance of the
Defendant, THE UNITED STATES OF AI"fERICA, which may hav"~ arisen as a
result of the aforementioned lien except the right of redemption .
