10. The Defendant, BLAZER FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., has a
Judgment taken by it against the Defendants, AARON and TOMMIE
LOU SNIPES, dated June 13, 1979, recorded June 22, 1979, at
O.R. Book 311, Page 513, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, but said Judgment is inferior to the above-
described mortgage lien of the Plaintiff herein; that in
the event the above-described real property is sold at Public
Sale as specified above, it shall be sold free and clear
of any claim, lien or encumbrance of the Defendant, BLAZER
FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., which may have arisen as a result

11. Upon receipt of the purchase price paid at said sale,
the Clerk shall issue a Certificate of Sale, and if no objections
to said sale be filed within the time required by law, said
Clerk shall issue his Certificate of Title and Certificate
of Disbursements, and he shall disburse and apply the proceeds
of the sale in the following manner:
~ A. His fees, allowances, cor_imission and expenses;
B. Fees and costs of the Officers of this Court
and the Plaintiff of this suit;
C. The attorneys' fees of the Plaintiff herein for
their services in regard to the foreclosure of said mortgage;
° which sum t~:as specified previously herein in Paragraph Five.
D. The sum specified previously in Paragraph Five
which was found to be owing to the Plaintiff on account of
the principal, interest and other charges upon the Note znd
Mortgage payable by the said Defendants under the Mortgage herein
sued upon, plus interest at the rate of 8% per annum from the
date of this Judgment to the date of sale, all of which shall
be payable to the Plaintiff herein.
E. The remaining sum, if any there be to be deposited
~ with the Registry of this Court by the said Clerk and there
to remain until disbursement in accordance with further nrripr
