ORDER OF COMMITMENT
T0: The Honorable Lanie Norvell, Sheriff
In and For St. Lucie County, Florida
You, the Honorable Lanie Norvell, Sheriff in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, are ordered and directed to take the Respondent,
JAMES DAVID CLASBY, into custody and commit him to the county jail of
St. Lucie County, Florida, for a period not to exceed 180 days
from the date of this Order, unless the said JAMES DAVID CLASBY is
sooner discharged by due process of law. This Order is issued pursuant
to the Order of Contempt entered by this Court on November 30, 1979.
JAMES DAVID CLASBY may purge himself of contempt by paying
back child su ort that is due, together with all attorney's fees and

costs which have been awarded by the Court. As of November 30, 1979,
'I JAMES DAVID CLASBY will be in arrears in child support in the amount of
$1,120.00. Child support accumulates weekly at the rate of $20.00
per week. The amount of attorney's fees and costs which are presently
due and owing is $619.50. For all of which let execution issue.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
