Plaintiff, E. NORMAN BRUSIi, shall advance all subsequent
costs of this action and shall be reimbursed for them by the Clerk
if he is not purchaser of the property, at the sale. If he is the
purchaser, the Clerk shall credit his bid with the total sum with
interest and costs accruing subsequent to this judgment or such
part of it as is necessary to pay the bid in full.
5. On filing the certificate of title the Clerk shall
distribute the proceeds of the sale, as far as they are suf-
ficient, by paying:
A. First ,.all of the costs of Plaintiff, E. NORMAN
BRUSH;
B. Second, documentary stamps affixed to the
certificate; 2

C. Third, Plaintiff's attorney's fees;
D. Fourth, the total sum due to Plaintiff, E. NORMAN
BRUSH (less the items paid above) plus interest at
the rate prescribed by law from this date to the

date of the sale; and
f E. Last ,by retaining any amount remaining, pending the

further order of this Court. ~ i

6. On filing the certificate of title, Defendants and all
persons claiming under or against them since the filing of the
notice of lis pendens are foreclosed of all estate or claim in
the property and the purchaser or purchasers at the sale shall
be let into possession of the property.

~ 7. Jurisdiction of this action is retained to enter further

orders as are proper including, without limitation, writs of
assistance and deficiency judgments.
